Podium Ready
Rehearse a crucial interview before it matters and get a feedback report on how you performed and where you can improve.
Most drivers do not get caught out by the question. They get caught out by the pause, and by what they do with their hands while they are thinking.
You have seen it. A competitor who talks quickly and says nothing. Three crutch words before the actual answer. A hand that goes to the face without realising. It is not a personality problem and it does not need two full days in a studio at premium rates to fix it.
It starts with the hands.
I once worked with a very fast British Touring Car driver who could not bear being interviewed on camera. Hands moving, eyes darting, beads of sweat forming, all of it happening before a word came out. Nobody had told him the body and the mouth are the same problem.
The fix was one physical thing and no script: stand straight, feet shoulder width apart, hands clasped behind his back. Then rehearse the worst questions until the real interview feels easier than the practice.
What changed was the body and the preparation. He was still the same person, but now he looked ready for the camera.
What Podium Ready is
An AI coach that runs the interview a professional media coach like me would run, and writes down what it hears.
The questions it asks are not randomly generated. They come from my career: years as a newspaper reporter, then in PR agencies, then working in motorsport with BTCC and rally teams, interviewing drivers on stage and sitting in press rooms and service parks across the UK. I know the questions that get asked, the follow-ups that catch people out, and the reasons a journalist asks them. It does not just interview you. It interviews you the way I would, because that is what is behind it.
You turn up, stand up, and answer out loud. It asks the questions a journalist would ask, pushing where a real interview pushes, and when you fill a silence with "obviously" or "yeah, no" it stops you and makes you take the gap and go again. It gets harder than the real thing on purpose.
Then it writes you a Readiness Report on the session, in your own words, and revises that same report every time you come back.
The part you will actually use
A Readiness Report with your name on it. Ten clear sections:
- what you are preparing for,
- what you did well (quoted, not flattered),
- the signals it caught you giving off,
- the three to five questions that will test you,
- your way back to safe ground on each of them,
- one physical reset,
- your three lines you can hold in your head without a script,
- where a sponsor mention can go without sounding bolted on,
- an honest ready or not yet,
- and a short section your manager or sponsor can read without you being embarrassed by it.
That last section is the one that gets forwarded. It says what is fixed and what is still open, and it never says you were poor.
A rehearsal that is harder than the real thing. A former journalist knows which questions will test you, so they arrive before anyone else asks them. When the actual interview turns out easier than the practice, the confidence is real rather than performed.
A way to handle the question you dread. The crash. The stewards. Whether you have lost the edge. Your answer, in your words, plus a deflection that goes somewhere instead of no comment.
Sponsor mentions that sound like facts. Never a brand name tacked onto the end of an answer. It finds the real overlap between what you genuinely believe and what the sponsor actually sells, and if there is no overlap it leaves the mention out and tells you why.
Who this is for
Racing drivers and riders at any level, and anyone whose next interview has something riding on it.
Media days, pre-event press briefings, sponsor activations, TV and radio calls, podcasts, a camera in the paddock after a bad result.
Any discipline, any gender. The signals are human, the stance is physical, and the crutch words are the same in every paddock.
What is inside
Module 1: Podium Ready Method. The one idea behind it, the three signals read in order, the four fixes applied in order, why nothing here is scripted, how a deflection earns its place, and how sponsor mentions are supposed to work.
Module 2: Readiness Report. The contract for the report the AI writes you, the quality checks behind it, and a full worked case study showing a real rehearsal turn by turn and the finished report that came out of it.
All four lessons are yours to read, copy and download.
What it is not
Not a script. Not a media training course you watch and forget. Not a chatbot that tells you your answers were great.
It will tell you when you are not ready, name the one thing that would change the answer, and offer to rehearse it again.
A report that always says you are ready is worthless.
The case study is one driver's story, told by the coach who worked with him. It is not a measured study and I do not present it as one.
Before you go in
You get the rehearsal, the report, the method behind it, and a document you can hand to the person paying for the seat.
If you are unsure about the overlap between what you believe and what your sponsor sells, that alone is worth the price of the session.

What this is
This is a course you can talk to.
The lessons are here, and you can read them like any course. But the AI has read all of them too. When something doesn't click, ask. When you're not sure how it applies to you, ask. It answers from the method and the lessons, not from the internet. It's like hiring Motorized as a coach, without paying hundreds of pounds for it.
I have an interview coming up and I don't know what they'll ask me
Podium Ready
Good question. Here's what Motorized teaches about that, and how it fits what you're doing.

- I have an interview coming up and I don't know what they'll ask me
- I keep getting asked about something I don't want to talk about
- Rehearse me before a press day

Questions
How does it work?
You open it like a chat and talk to it. It runs you through a rehearsal the way a media coach would: it asks the questions, listens to the answers, stops you when you fill a silence or hide behind a crutch word, and makes you go again. The questions come from my own career as a newspaper reporter, in PR agencies and in motorsport, not from a generic model guessing at what an interviewer might ask. At the end it writes you a Readiness Report on the session. Come back before another appearance and it rewrites the same report with the new material.
Who is behind the questions?
Me. I spent years as a newspaper reporter and in PR agencies before moving into motorsport, where I have worked with BTCC and rally teams, interviewed drivers on stage and sat in press rooms and service parks across the UK. The questions you get asked in a rehearsal come from that experience: the ones journalists actually ask, the follow-ups that catch people out, and the rehearse-the-worst-questions approach I use with drivers in person.
Do I have to be in motorsport?
No. The method was built in racing paddocks and press rooms, but the signals it listens for are human. Anyone whose next interview matters can use it: a driver, a team principal, a founder doing a podcast round, anyone who has to sit in front of questions and come out looking composed.
Is this just media training in a chatbot?
No. Media training gives you a session and a memory of it. This gives you a rehearsal on demand, in the style of a coach with more than twenty years in news media, PR and motorsport, plus a document written on what you actually did, with your own words quoted back at you. If you have a sponsor, they get a section they can read too.
What if I am not ready?
It will say so. It gives you one line: ready, nearly, or not yet, with the single thing that would change the answer. A report that always says ready would be worthless, so it does not do that. If the answer is not yet, it names the fix and offers to rehearse again.
Does it write me a script?
No, and that is deliberate. Scripts produce dull answers and everyone can hear a competitor reciting one. You rehearse the worst questions instead until the real interview feels easier. You leave with three lines you can hold in your head, not a page to memorise.
Will it tell me what to say about my sponsor?
It will find where a sponsor mention can go in without sounding mechanical, based on the real overlap between what you believe and what the sponsor actually sells. If there is no natural place, it says so. A missing mention costs you nothing. A forced one costs credibility with the audience the sponsor paid to reach.
How long does a session take?
Long enough to be useful and short enough to repeat. You can do a whole rehearsal and get your report in one sitting before an appearance, then come back the night before the next one for a shorter pass.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. The manager or sponsor section of every report is written to be read by someone who was not in the room, so you can send it on as your own briefing note.
What happens after I buy?
You get access immediately and the AI is ready to go. Start with the Podium Ready Method lesson so you understand what it will be listening for, then go straight into a rehearsal.
What if I am not satisfied?
Full money back. If you use it honestly and it has not done what you needed, get in touch and you will get a refund.
